What does this role look like for you?

Leading Diageo Spirits business performance through overseeing and optimizing the relationship between Diageo and the distributors. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure that the distributor performance and capabilities at the level Diageo expect as business partner.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Deliver key financial targets such as NSV, OP, OCC, and market share
  • Responsible for leading business performance of the three distributors
  • Effectively leading, planning, directing, motivating, training, and measuring the Distributor organizations.
  • Anticipate constantly evolving business trends to improve performance and mitigate risks. • Lead the negotiation of commercial arrangement with the distributors, this includes rolling forecast sales, credit management, and trade spend management.


What you need to bring to this role:
  • 12- 15+ years of customer sales experience, ideally in a FMCG environment and an ability to build relationships with customers, supported by proven negotiations skills capability.
  • Experienced in engaging cross functionally with senior leaders with a previous responsibility for the deployment and management of meaningful financial budgets.
  • Highly numerical with experience in development of profitable customer propositions and a comprehensive understanding and previous delivery of key commercial measures.
  • Ability to structure and present compelling commercial propositions with your excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
