About the role:

The National Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the National Accounts team in managing customer relationships, executing account plans, and ensuring seamless coordination of commercial initiatives for Diageo's Non-Alcoholic Beverage (DNAB) portfolio. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the National Accounts team in managing relationships with key customers and distributor partners.
  • Assist in executing national account strategies to drive brand presence and sales growth.
  • Coordinate the implementation of account-specific programs and promotional initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on account strategies.
  • Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for national accounts, providing reports and insights.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for customer meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of agreements, contracts, and promotional activities.
  • Support the team in tracking budgets and financials related to national account initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.


Experience / Skills required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, national accounts, or a related role within FMCG or the beverage industry.
  • Experience working with retail, foodservice, or on-premise accounts is a plus.


Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to changing priorities.
