About the Role

As our Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for Develop and execute channel strategies across supermarkets and convenience stores. You'll leverage market analysis to identify growth opportunities and build strong relationships with channel partners to maximize sales and market share. This includes negotiating contracts, setting pricing strategies, and continuously improving performance through data-driven insights will be key aspects of our MRO (Modern Retail Off-Trade) success!

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize distribution channels such as supermarkets, convenience stores. This involves understanding market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, this involves negotiating contracts, setting pricing policies, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and evaluate channel performance, KPIs, and market share to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on channel development initiatives and progress.


About You
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG/Modern Trade or a relevant industry, with a deep understanding of the market channels. Experience in the alcohol industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-volume sales targets (100 million+ per month).
  • Experience working in a multinational company (MNC) environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of 3+ personnel.
  • Experience in group key account management (minimum 3 years) is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and data analysis.
  • A driven and results-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, accountability, a self-starting attitude, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Thai and English.
