What are we looking for?
We're looking for graduates who not only have the capability to succeed in our organization today but also have the potential to be our leaders of tomorrow. Full of energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and optimism in everything you do. Following your instincts and standing up for what you feel is right.
- Obtained or expecting to obtain a minimum bachelor's degree by the latest June 2025
- 0 - 2 years of work experience by June 2025
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytical ability
- Be eligible to work in Turkey

Application details
We have several graduate opportunities across the business. For the best chance of being successful we recommend applying for one programme. Applications are on a rolling process, and we will close roles when we find our graduates for July 2025. Here's hoping it's you!
NB: Pymetrics is the first stage of the application process for all of our Early Career's programmes at Diageo and after completion your result will be used for all applications that require it within a one-year period.
Please note that our assessment centers this year will be in April and May, so, you will hear from us closer to time. We appreciate your patience.
