Please note: this is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity
We are looking for a highly driven marketing leader capable of leading cross-functional and cross-agency teams to deliver breakthrough work.
The successful candidate will be someone who can combine compelling brand storytelling with commercial acumen and an ability to inspire teams to deliver with pace and agility.
They will need to develop strong relationships both with our agency partners and across all levels of the business as the Guinness cross-functional team is a large team with various interdependencies.
The role will be responsible for leading the innovation and experiential marketing agendas for Guinness in one of the brand's biggest markets.

This requires a marketer who has a strong track record of delivering compelling brand storytelling using multi-channel planning whilst also displaying strong commercial competence to deliver marketing performance and influence key collaborators
