Sensory evaluation & Decision making based on the outcome of samples checked and communicating to concerned departments through internal memos.

At the end of day to review the bottlery online & Packed cases inspection report compiled by bottlery QC executive and report to Head - QC

Approval of inspection reports of Packaging materials, Raw materials and all other QC reports (daily / weekly / monthly) generated by subordinates.

Carrying out Joint Inspection with Vendors and submitting the JIR to Head - QC for final decision.

At the end of the day review of non conformances - FMD, SD, LD based on data generated / collected by bottlery QC Executive and submitting the report to Head - QC.

Review of Calibration & Validation activities of all QC instruments / equipments as per schedule and for arranging calibration by external agency on approval by Head - QC.

Conducting Internal Quality Audits as per schedule given by MR.

Reviewing of QC filing procedures, PPIs, specifications, standards, master samples, bottle drawings, formats and external documents to be in order for which the same are generated by his subordinates.

Conducting market surveys on advise from Head QC / RQC.

Coordinating for all the activities with in QC department.

Vendor evaluation and submitting the report to Head - QC.

To carry out additional responsibilities in the absence of Head - QC / subordinates.

To assist Head - QC in all aspects during review of all QC related day to day activities.

To visit bottlery for online checks and packed cases inspection once in 2 hrs.

To carry out monthly sensory refreshing exercises for calibrating and updating unit sensory panel.
