- The candidate is required to manage end to end supply chain of LMU/TMU and should keep good interaction with region S&OP team, sales, move and finance team for smooth supply of goods.
- He/she should have sufficient adequate knowledge of excise rules and regulation of source & exporting state and capable enough to handle LMU/TMU unit management team for day-to-day production & dispatch activities.
- He/she should be capable enough to keep Diageo unit team's moral always high by engaging and motivating.
- He/she develops capability among the team.
- He/she drives efficiency & manufacturing excellence and optimize productivity.
- He/she is required to coordinate operational audits like L1/GMP/FM/GRMS/Integrated Management system, finance audit - GAR and statutory audit 23 STA/SMETA.
- Responsible to implement sustainability factors for society 2030 at Unit and G7 agendas.
- He/she should be a team player and lead it at upfront.
