KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement strategies on product positioning and visibility, market penetration, new market development, channel segmentation, sales mix and pack sizes to augment business and exceed profit margins.
2. Plan and execute the marketing & merchandising initiatives and brand activations within the budget targets in lines with the organizational and regional objectives.
3. Plan and execute sales promotion activities to generate demand/ push and build/ sustain & improve brand image.
4. Implement and manage Sales planning and stock forecasting strategies with high levels of accuracy and consistency.
5. Lead the sales team keeping a high level of motivation & feedback with a view to build an aggressive and motivated sales management team in the branch.

6. Liaison with Manufacturing, Marketing and Finance to set sales goals and budgets to meet and exceed Sales revenue and profitability targets.
7. Commercial discipline:
a. Ensure control on various outstanding and pending issues as per protocol b. Manage various statutory formalities as per regulation
8. Set the direction and an innovative consumer facing culture in the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals.
9. Partner with External Affairs to deal with the deal with Excise and Corporation.
10. Gain market intelligence and visibility through competitive mapping and market trends across the state.

➢ With the Distributor DSM to drive business
➢ With Finance for claim settlements
➢ With Marketing/ Activation for planning and execution of Promotions, installation and maintaining of signage.
