About You
Diageo South East Asia is a dynamic and fast-growing market - encompassing several countries including the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand- and operating through different business models including fully managed in-market companies, joint ventures, and 3rd party distribution partnerships.
We are seeking a Luxury Sales Manager for the Philippines to ensure the legal function can fulfil its goal of driving strategic goals and Performance Ambition and making a valuable contribution to Diageo's long-term, sustainable success.
Function
As the Luxury Sales Manager, you will be responsible for finding leads, nourishing leads, increasing client lifetime value, and handling business development for private clients and partnerships with companies. You will work under the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to increase sales, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. In addition, you will be working with CRM manager to enrol and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development within the luxury industry, sales and business development, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics for Private Sales.
- Drive CRM program to Private Sales Clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Handle business development for partnerships with other companies to expand the Diageo Luxury reach.
- Craft and deliver impactful presentations that effectively convey product knowledge, brand story and values
- Willing to be trained and do Mentoring/Hosting in certain Private Events.
- Utilize communication and presentation skills to connect and create lasting impact that enhances brand recognition and reputation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including networking and activations.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
This role reports directly to the Head of Ecommerce and Private Sales at Diageo in the Philippines.
Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the luxury industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales data analysis.
- Knowledge of the luxury industry and its customers.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Open to foreign applicants with working existing Philippines working visa
- Mandarin Speaker is a Plus
