About the Job

We are seeking a highly analytical and influential Senior Trade Marketing Analyst to lead our Customer Marketing Team in Colombia. This professional will play a crucial role in help to develop and completing strategies that drive our sales growth and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Leverage a strong analytical attitude to interpret market data, identify trends and opportunities, and generate insights that guide strategic decision-making.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses to assess the impact of trade marketing initiatives on sales performance and profitability, ensuring that resources are allocated optimally.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, CMO, and marketing teams to ensure that operational activities align with business objectives.

- Influence and Communication: Exercise strong influencing skills with key collaborators, encouraging relationships that improve trade marketing initiatives.

- Strategy Development: Actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for on and off-trade channels, ensuring a coordinated and effective approach.

- Project Management: Be responsible for and coordinate trade marketing projects, ensuring execution meets established standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

- Significant experience in trade marketing, focusing on on and off-trade channels.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data, including financial metrics.
- Proven communication and influencing capabilities, able to engage with various levels of the organization.
- Proactive and team-oriented, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of the Colombian market and trade marketing dynamics in the region is a plus.
