About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Key Account Manager who will be responsible for handling major 4-5 Stars Hotels, Bar and Restaurant Account in an assign area, responsible for the realization of sales objectives, maintain relationships with those accounts in order to achieve profitable results.

Responsibility
  • Experience in handling on-premise accounts, specifically with luxury tiered hotels, standalone cocktail bars and international night clubs.
  • Possesses strong analytical, business negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to close deals and win partnership contracts.
  • Maintains positive can-do attitude with high standards in executing luxury brand executions with great working relationships in the alcohol industry with proven track record, specifically in BKK area.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure demands from key customers in a calm professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Regularly visits customers with the ability to strengthen good customer relationships.
  • Actively captures business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Responsible for assigned individual sales target (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Manages budgets to the highest efficiency, ensuring positive ROI through each spend.

  • Regularly analyzes customer's performance, capture market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to ensure the right strategies are implemented with agility.


About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales/business development within the alcohol industry.
  • Demonstrated fluency in reading, writing and speaking in both Business Thai and English to succeed in multinational environment
  • Agile and adaptable outlook with strong influencing communication and interpersonal relationship skillsets.
  • Ability to work well independently, as part of a team and cross functionally.
  • Knowledge of the alcohol and bar industry.
  • Target oriented, dynamic, proactive, and independent.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with analytical capabilities.
  • Interested in working within nightlife scene.
