About the role
As our Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth through revenue management, QDVP execution, P&L, value market share and customer satisfaction.
Top accountabilities:
- Deliver Account performance targets by engaging key stakeholders and influencing relevant elements of P&L
- Own & drive Sales Strategy and execution plans to deliver value share gains in value/volume growth and financial leverage
- Sales Driver Activities: Work with Customer Marketing & Marketing teams to ensure efficient and effective implementation Brand & Trade activities
- M & Es: Continuously improve execution through insightful M&Es
- Customers: Nurture internal and external customer relationships & implement category growth plans by understanding customer dynamics & needs
- Insights: Contribute key commercial insights and identify growth opportunities within your accounts
- Forecasting & Planning: Responsible for developing the annual, quarterly and monthly S&OP planning for brands, SKUs and JUBP for key customers
So, what about you?
- At least three years of Key Account Management experience, ideally within consumer goods and/or retail environment.
- Sound understanding of category management and the implementation of customer programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with strong communication and business presentation skill sets.
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering across company, brand, and customer objectives.
- Ability to execute complex problem-solving and decision-making, even in ambiguous situations.
- Able to leverage the use of technologies and intermediate MS Office to derive data-driven commercial insights, strategies and analysis.
