Your Role
In this position, you will independently handle smaller clients, taking care of revenue growth and client retention. Additionally, you'll support the Key Account team in managing the operational side of our larger accounts, gaining valuable insights into Key Account Management for significant FMCG clients.

Responsibilities
- Independent Client Management: Take full responsibility of smaller clients, including developing and implementing client-specific strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Operational Support for Large Accounts: Assist the KAM team in running and further developing key accounts (large retail chains and distributors).
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market and competitor analyses and prepare regular performance reports for both smaller and larger accounts.
- Implementation of Sales Strategies: Support the execution of sales campaigns and promotions to strengthen brand presence and secure market share.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal departments, such as Marketing, Logistics, and Product Development, to meet client-specific requirements effectively.
- Forecasting and Planning: active participation for your accounts to ensure optimal product availability.
About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Initial work experience in sales, preferably in FMCG
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of market data and sales figures
- Client-first approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Great teammate with a proactive and independent work style
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
