Integrated Business Planning Lead
About this role
This role is responsible for running weekly/ monthly S&OP meetings to align a consensus plan with Sales, Marketing and Finance. It is also responsible for managing any building blocks on top of baseline volume driven by demand indicators, new product introductions, promotions, price elasticity reflection and any other commercial activity that may affect demand.
While responsible for S&OP and Demand planning, IBP Lead needs to ensure a balance on all aspects and trade-offs of supply, including collaboration with supply on right inventory levels and minimising out of stocks, whilst delivering a responsive supply chain that fulfils Sales forecasts with key stakeholders in the markets.

You will be responsible for:
Business planning integration
- Lead monthly S&OP/IBP process and weekly S&OE meetings
- Collaborate with Innovation, Commercial, Marketing, Finance for building block assumption validations
- Drive consensus demand agreement with value discussion, scenario planning and R&Os w stakeholders
- Facilitate demand and supply integration, supply trade-off plan alignment
- Communicate critical changes and escalation for quick resolution
- Provide visibility and rational prediction to support business decisions.
Demand forecasting
- Implement and sustain demand forecasting operational processes. It contains running statistical forecasting, incremental volumes building blocks analysis and calculations (e.g. consumption analysis, price elasticity analysis, share trend analysis, in-store activity / promotions volume calculations, Stock in Trade analysis, innovation pipeline volume calculations etc.)
- Run and maintain the forecasting tool/ system for rolling statistical/ base forecast
- Ensure solid building block assumptions built into forecast per historical trends and key stakeholders' input
- Analyse and manage base & overlay assumptions with cross functional teams
- Land the generation & agreement of 18-24 month rolling demand plan on SKU/Location level in weekly and monthly buckets
Continuous improvement on Process and Forecasting results
- Frame demand forecasting segmentation and targeted demand strategy.
- Conduct deviation analysis, PDCA on Forecast Accuracy KPIs
- Oversee the monthly governance process, drive improvement on IBP Process Maturity
- Support system/automate tools/analytics developments and advance planning platform transition
- Partner with global/ regional function teams to implement best practice ways of working.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and executing Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Ability to foster effective relationships, especially with senior stakeholders and demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, VBA, Power BI etc., and have strong data analysis skills
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and cross functions' interface
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with an ability to anticipate, effectively prioritise and progress workload.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization
- Resilient to maintain composure and efficiency in difficult conversations
- SAP APO working knowledge is a must. Expirience in SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, VBA would be an advantage
