The Analytics and Consumer Planning team harnesses the power of data to drive growth, efficiency, and effectiveness for Commercial & Marketing teams through advanced analytics, foresight and business performance. Our team ensures analysis result in action and actively pursue best-in-class methodologies, tools and reporting.

Top Accountabilities

Develop and implement a strategy for advancing the role of analytics in line with Marketing and Commercial teams' goals and objectives:
  • Work collaboratively with Sr. Management, department heads and key partners to understand strategic priorities and align analytic initiative accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of the organization's current data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, and business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop data governance, in combination with relevant cross functional team to ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance with regulations.
  • Implement data management practices to ensure reliable and accessible data for analytics; manage internal resources and external vendors to help with solutions.


Use analytics to derive actionable insights from large datasets, helping to inform critical business decisions:

  • Collaborate with IT, Commercial, and Marketing, to identify and access relevant datasets from internal and external sources.
  • Develop and implement scalable analytics solutions that can handle large volumes of data efficiently. Apply big data technologies to manage and process data at scale
  • Create visually compelling and informative data visuals to easily and simply communicate insights


Ensure the organization remains competitive and efficient in data processing, analysis and reporting:
  • Implement metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of analytic initiatives. Continuously monitor performance and optimize processes to improve efficiency and achieve business objectives


Elevate the performance, optimize impact, and nurture the development of the Northern European Consumer Planners through proactive management, agile and forward-thinking operations, smart budgeting, and clear communication.

About you:
  • Extensive experience in an analytical role, using a variety of data sources (external and internal), to create actionable insight; e.g. Nielsen (must), IWSR / GfK / Kantar (nice to have)
  • Passionate about consumer understanding and applying knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Ability to focus on solutions, not just diagnostics, focus on "why" and "what is next".
  • Capacity to translate insights to implications and recommendations to inform innovation, marketing activity, commercial activity and customer selling stories.
  • Comfortable in facilitating the adoption of analytics throughout the organization.
