About the role:

This role sits at the heart of driving business growth by bringing to life the five distinctive areas of our People Strategy: Disruptive approach to talent, Inclusion and Diversity, Learning and development, Speed and Simplification and enhancing employee experience.

This role covers c.350 employees across 30 countries with the majority being based in India. It is a dynamic, energising role, which the ability to impact the business through the strategic partner functions in both a global and end-to-end manner through partnership with a range of Directors across Digital and technology.

Financial
The HRBP works with key stakeholders to consider how the best decisions are made that maximise value for their respective functions.

Accountable for co-owning the financial and headcount budget in own area with business leaders.

Market Environment/ Complexity
The HRBP partners with a number of senior stakeholder and leadership teams across multiple geographies. It is critical that the incumbent can navigate the matrix organisation, can build strong relationships and influence within all levels of the business.

The HRBP role also works effectively within the function partnering other HRBP/HRDS across markets, Global Centres of Excellence and FirstPoint / HR Service delivery teams.

Leadership Responsibilities/ Key Stakeholders:
This role reports into the senior HRBP for Digital and Technology and will be a part of the core HR leadership team in D&T. The HRBP's are expected to play an active role within the D&T team, engaging on the broader agenda and contributing to Global D&T priorities and outcomes.

The role will support a number of senior stakeholders in particular the Commercial D&T director, the D&T for global corporate functions and the director for the Project and Portfolio excellence.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Partners with D&T functions to shape business strategies and enable the People Strategy by defining the culture which accelerates employee growth and drives business performance, pulling the levers of capability, process, WOW, structure, culture, behaviours, leadership and talent.
  • Develop the integrated talent & capability plan using internal and external analysis to ensure we have the right talent to deliver the ambitions of the organisation today and tomorrow.
  • Partner with leaders to build high performing leadership teams, line managers and to create a fast-paced performance culture where I&D, wellbeing and strong engagement sits at the heart of our employee experience
  • Lead on the Organisational Effectiveness agenda for the functions, ensuring we have effective and efficient structures in place to unlock business growth, with teams rightsized in line with internal/external best practice, benchmarks and business need
  • Makes a stand for the Inclusion, Diversity and wellbeing agenda - design and deliver interventions at all levels to make this real across respective functions, in partnership with functional leadership
  • Leads transformational initiatives to drive cultural change and greater engagement
  • Validated ability to persuade, influence, build credibility with all levels of stakeholders


Experience / skills required:
  • Strong ability to mobilise and deliver through others
  • HRBP experience or multiple experiences across Technology related functions
  • Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment. Experienced in leveraging Excel, Workday, PowerBI and other tools available to create meaningful insights and informed action plans
  • Track record of excellent coaching and relationship building skills
  • Experience in bringing external perspective to business strategy and shaping the future with various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, complexity and managing multiple priorities at pace
