Position Overview:

We are looking for an HR Analytics Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for using data-driven insights to support key HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, employee performance, retention, compensation, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical approach, advanced skills in data analysis, and a passion for using HR data to improve decision-making and drive organizational success.

Key Accountabilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns across key metrics (e.g., employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion).
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key HR insights to management and senior leaders.
Perform predictive analytics to forecast HR trends, such as turnover risk, hiring needs, and employee performance.
Workforce Planning:
Analyze workforce demographics, skills, and competencies to support strategic workforce planning.
Provide actionable insights to optimize staffing levels, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce distribution.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Analyze employee engagement survey results and other feedback data to identify areas for improvement.
Create and implement plans to improve retention and engagement based on data insights.
Performance Metrics & Compensation:
Collaborate with HR teams to analyze performance management data and optimize employee development programs.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with HR, recruitment, and learning & development teams to find opportunities for improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Provide support for various HR projects by interpreting data and communicating findings that give strategic objectives.
Data representation
Create visually appealing, clear, and effective presentation slides for HR-related topics including recruitment, employee engagement, training, diversity & inclusion, performance management, and compensation.

Transform HR data (e.g., employee performance, engagement surveys, diversity metrics, and turnover rates) into clear and understandable charts, graphs, and infographics.

Use advanced Excel or HR analytics tools to create data visualizations that tell a compelling story and support HR initiatives.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications in HR analytics preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Tried experience in HR analytics or related data analysis role (2-5 years preferred).
  • Experience working with HRIS systems, data visualization tools (Power BI etc.), and sophisticated Excel functions.
  • Tried understanding of HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance management.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in excel, Powerpoint, data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to transform complex HR data into clear, actionable visual representations.
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and organizational behavior is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Thorough with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently and handle time optimally to meet deadlines.

• Creativity and problem-solving abilities to present HR data and content in innovative ways.
Understanding of employee sentiment analysis and its impact on organizational outcomes.

Experience / skills required: 2 to 5 years of demonstarted experience in HR
