The Commercial Head is the owner of Luxury execution (on & off trade), unlock full luxury potential through customers and consumers to drive value growth and enhance trade marketing execution.

  • Drive the Luxury Execution strategy role out in the Luxury omnichannel
  • Demonstrate an excellent coaching ability and take deep personal responsibility for developing the talent future pipeline of the market and capability of the team.
  • Lead development of the market Commercial Capability plan for field sales, and drive activation of global learning programs (supporting in-market faculty development and deployment.
  • Accountable for recommendation and delivery of efficiency and sales targets and help deliver overall key business objectives.
  • Deliver brilliant execution in the top TLA accounts and Off Trade outlets.
  • Closely collaborate with Luxury Customer Activation Manager, Advocacy team, Culture teams to set up KPI and make sure activations can be executed
  • Develop great relationships internal and external stakeholder
  • Ownership of luxury P&L for market, including performance and profitability metrics
