About the role

Europe Partner Markets comprises of two separately managed business units Spirits & Beer: Spirits region includes markets from Eastern Europe countries, Israel, Ukraine and CIS Countries while Beer region markets from Western & Eastern Europe markets, Israel, Ukraine and CIS Countries. In all markets we have a Partner Markets Distribution model/ distributor model.

Reporting to the Finance Director, Eastern Europe, the Head of Commercial Finance, EPM will be the key financial business partner to Commercial business leads across all EPM business units Spirits/Beer driving value creation, excellent, comprehensive business performance, shaping the future and unlocking opportunities with cross functional teams and both exposure to and influence over the EPM & Eastern Europe Leadership Teams.

Top Accountabilities

Functional:

  • Business partner in the overall financial management to deliver AOP performance metrics and 3 to 5 year strategic plans/goals
  • Business partner to commercial business lead to drive profitable growth, prioritize resources, define critical metrics and ensure the integrity through strategic leadership and proactive collaboration
  • Provoke appropriate responses to emerging issues and opportunities
  • Drive & develop the creation of long-term financial channel & customer strategic P&L's based on consumer, customer, and shopper insights
  • Partner with NRM lead to embed NRM standard processes and deliver pricing targets and strategy
  • Partner with Supply to ensure giving the right signals for production & support one integrated forecasting
  • Using rigorous measurement & evaluation recommend how to invest to grow our business faster, by reposition trade budgets from lower to higher performing channels, sub-channels, customers and brands
  • Improving the investment value by optimizing mix of growth drivers, channels, customers and timing
  • Support change management and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure best in class process, data and tools are available as well as the appropriate governance and controls are in place for all commercial finance related areas
  • Lead high performing and motivated Commercial Finance team
  • Drive appropriate financial discipline, develop finance capabilities and provide training, coaching and mentoring on finance skills to non-finance management

ABOUT YOU
  • 10+ years working and management experience in multi-national corporate environment (preferably Consumer Product Goods) with successful experience in commercial finance
  • MBA/Qualified accountant is a plus
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Ability for complex problem solving
  • Fluent in English
