About the Function
The Group Financial Planning and Analysis Team is at the heart of the analysis that goes to the Exec, and connected to a variety of stakeholders, including regions, strategy, and various teams across finance.

Group FP&A supports development of Diageo's multi-year strategic plan and leads the annual financial planning process. It leads holistic performance management by proactively delivering quality insights and analysis that support decisions to enable delivery of Diageo's annual targets (Financial, Market Share and ESG) and external commitments.
About the Role
Top Accountabilities
- Assist the cash management team with reporting, analysis, and providing strategic insights in the monthly cycle.
- Partner with the strategic planning team in the development of a 3-year strategic plan that achieves delivery of Diageo's external commitments and progress on strategic priorities.
- Support a streamlined and efficient annual financial planning and target setting process, including scenario modelling
- Preparing recommendations for the Executive and Non-Executive Annual Incentive Plans (AIP) and Diageo Long-Term Incentive Plan (DLTIP) for the upcoming year(s).
- Supporting the development of new reports and maintaining existing ones in the Group Power BI tool.
About You
- 4-6 years of finance professional experience
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality delivery
- Self motivated and organised approach
- Ability to achieve results by working with other teams around the world.
- Demonstrated ability of building and sustaining close working relationships and influencing senior management.
- Excellent business English
- Good understanding of financial/management reporting PC skills / System knowledge: MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and group reporting and consolidation tool preferable but not essential (i.e. BFC)
