Global Tanqueray Culture Manager

About The Role
We want to find a special person to join the Tanqueray global brand team to drive our brand in culture agenda at Diageo in Amsterdam. At the heart of the role are exploding our cultural talkability, driving on-trade advocacy and bartender love, earning cultural talkability for the brand and creating rich consumer experiences (both digital and live) are at the heart of the role.
We're looking for someone to drive global conversations that build brand advocacy by building our ideas in culture, and communicating our amazing brand legacies by telling stories in new, culturally relevant ways. From fashion and film to food, drinks and technology, cultural conversations are what ignite and excite people - so the buzz could come through entertainment partnerships, influencer strategies including our global tastemakers, sponsorship activities, events & experiences, collaborations, PR... and big, bold campaign-able ideas yet to be imagined.

Perhaps you've led a team at marketing agencies, run festivals or managed partnerships at scale. Or maybe you've spent time in-house at a brand developing world-class collaborations to life with forward-thinking partners. You are an expert in culture, digital/social, content creation and experiences.

- You've got the contacts to get stuff done. Journalists, organizers and influencers respond to you. You know who to call, what to say and how to get your message out there.
- You are commercially minded. You have a proven track-record of delivering positive brand performance, working consciously and carefully with budgets.
- You've managed multi-departmental teams. Handled stakeholders. People want to partner with you because, well, it's you.
