About the function
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Experience is part of Global Business Operations and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including general accounting, management and external reporting and financial planning and analysis. The department is responsible for the interpretation of financial and statutory data, the coordination and management of financial and statutory reporting, the management of the P&L and balance sheet delivering solutions that will increase insight and transparency.

About the role
- Support improvement initiatives and business transformation projects for the GBO FP&A function by collaborating with end users, D&T, and BPM governance teams.
- Sustain reporting and planning tools used by Europe FP&A-identify opportunities for technical improvements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Develop business solutions on various platforms (Power BI, MSTR, Anaplan, etc.)-facilitate system and process improvement discussions between Market FP&A and Technical Support.
- Stay updated on technology trends to foster continuous learning and professional development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Market FP&A and D&T (Digital & Technologies) teams.
- Drive Business Performance - Partner with finance, regional teams, and business divisions to provide financial insights, ensuring target delivery and a strong control environment.
- Strategic Collaboration - Build positive relationships with senior collaborators, offering timely reporting and strategic planning support.
- Financial Planning & Analysis - Lead financial analysis, deliver robust annual plans, and ensure smooth monthly performance reporting.
- Process Optimization - Support improvement initiatives, business transformation projects, and compliance with policies.
- Reporting & Forecasting - Manage BPM tools, Anaplan models, and deliver key financial reports, decks, and forecasts.
About you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance / accounting/ business administration;
- 5-6 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling;
- Have an excellent understanding of reporting and planning platforms (BW, SAP, PowerBI, Anaplan etc.) with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs
- Excellent communication skills and proactivity
- Strong financial / commercial analysis background, confirmed ability to connect with partners at varying levels and the ability to flex to different market environments/ cultures
- Proficient English knowledge
