What You'll Do:
- Be the Expert: Provide technical accounting support to the Financial Controlling team, as well as cross-functional teams like tax and group accounting.
- Ensure Accuracy: Drive smooth and accurate month-end closes and timely submissions of financial & statutory reports.
- Collaborate: Partner with the RTR team to ensure the financial statements reflect our business operations accurately.
- Support Decision-Making: Provide valuable financial controlling analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Drive Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, guiding the team and other functions.
- Take Ownership: Supervise statutory adjustments, transfer pricing processes, and ensure financial reporting aligns with CARM and external requirements.
About You:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, with a qualified accountant certification.
- 4-5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role
- Proven experience in a multicultural, international environment.
- Solid understanding in financial controlling, including balance sheets, local and group financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a curiosity about offering solutions to complex problems.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP (experience with BFC and Anaplan is a plus).
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
