The External Reporting Projects team within the Controller's Group is responsible for leading the successful implementation of various sophisticated Group Projects in compliance with external and internal reporting requirement of the EU, LSE and SEC at the highest quality standards.

The Lead Financial Reporting Manager will closely support a work with the External Reporting Projects Lead and the External Reporting Projects team.
About the role
- Support the project team through great planning, organization, and communication.
- Create collaboration across team members and partners, hold project team members to account
- Anticipate risks and issues associated to the change agenda, working with your team and partners
- Solve problems as they arise, calling out risks and issues that cannot be led at project level
- Own end to end organizational change delivery, lead the team to deliver against the plan and timelines
- Confirm and deliver the business outcomes, working collaboratively with your team and partners
- Work with partners to lead change ensuring project benefits are delivered
- Lead the overall project change agenda and equip change network (as part of deployment) to drive adoption of the respective CSRD, ISSB and US sustainability regulations including systems, processes, data & behavior changes through change impact assessments, partner mapping engagement, narrative and business communications, training, and end user mapping.
- Manage Change resourcing and planning across the Group External Reporting transformation journey
- Integrate External Sustainability Reporting to the business-as-usual reporting framework.
- Prepare and facilitate the Communications & Engagement plan through the project lifecycle and Training and development plan through the project lifecycle.
About you
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: 5-7 years of proven success in change management, with a consistent track record of delivering sophisticated finance or financial transformation projects
