We're looking for a Export Sales Manager in HQ office in Istanbul. The role reports to International Markets Business Unit Director.
As the Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our international sales by developing and managing relationships with clients, distributors, and partners in key markets. You will play a critical role in expanding our brand's footprint globally and achieving our ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive international growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in international markets, including market analysis and entry strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and shipping procedures.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management/Business Administration/International Business or other related field,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales in FMCG companies, international business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in international markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and export documentation.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business challenges into effective learning solutions, but at the same time be comfortable being operational, getting involved in the delivery
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is a must, 3rd language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
