About the Role: We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven eCommerce Manager to spearhead Diageo's relationships with leading third-party marketplaces and strategic retailers.

This role is all about building strong partnerships, driving growth, and aligning Diageo's portfolio of brands with the evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Vision: Set clear goals, define action plans, and implement strategies to hit sales and market share targets.
  • Collaborate & Align: Partner with internal teams to align with brand and commercial marketing objectives.
  • Lead & Innovate: Drive partnerships with emerging digital platforms in the beverage alcohol and food delivery sectors.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Track performance, conduct financial analysis, and deliver insights to inform the broader team's strategy.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on digital, eCommerce, and industry trends, bringing fresh insights back to the business.


What You Bring:
  • Proven Success: You've excelled in building and managing relationships with key eCommerce retailers and understand the intricacies of the digital marketplace.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: You're a natural collaborator, skilled at influencing decision-makers across all levels and driving cross-functional teams toward shared commercial goals.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable business strategies.
  • Innovation: You thrive on testing new ideas, optimizing processes, and embracing the future of eCommerce.


Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience, with a focus on eCommerce, digital partnerships, and project management.
  • Experience engaging with senior leaders and driving initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in CPG or beverage categories a plus.
  • Background in commerce media strategy, with experience in agency roles and/or managing media partnerships
