Responsibilities:
The Brand Assistant for Tequila Don Julio is a key member of the marketing and sales team, responsible for supporting brand initiatives and promotions to ensure brand growth and visibility in the market. This role requires a unique combination of interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to encourage and influence others within the business; Build outstanding relations with those he works internally and externally.

What we are looking for?
- 2 Years of experience in brand management or analytic positions
- Analytic profile to generate insights, conclusion, and recommendations by data analysis.
- Brand performance tracking (SOV, NSV, GM%, TS%, Volume, NSV) and growth opportunity detection.
- Day to day activities like purchase order placement, sales reporting, free goods allocation & budget + phasing management.
- Support Brand Manager in Brand campaign planning, execution & tracking with external (agencies & clients) and internal (multi-functional teams) collaborators
- Highly organized & able to prioritize in order to guarantee every day great execution in all Innovation Plans
- Drive & Accountability to guarantee all collaborators responsible for the Innovation plan execution
- Proactive and Strong Teamwork Skills
- Strong sense of Ownership and a Self-starter demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate proactivity, initiative and determination
Flexibility
This is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time and compressed hours! We have an hybrid model with 3 days at our offices in Polanco, CDMX and 2 days for home office.
