About the function
The Commercial Experience Tower is all about the processes that allow us to transact with our customers and distributors. We are the second biggest tower in GBO, operating in centres located in Budapest, Bangalore, Bogota, and Manila as well as satellite locations such as Belfast, Madrid, Athens, and Turin.
About the Role
The Customer Service Advisor is the first point of contact for customers, (included EDI customers), and 3rd party service providers (warehouse). Responsible for delivering high-level customer service and ensuring on time, in full shipments. Ensures that all customer service-related queries are followed up and resolved accurately, efficiently and according to the relevant SLA in order for the relative KPIs to be fully met.
The role's responsibilities include:
- Capturing customers' Orders
- Creation and maintenance of orders, order scheduling onward processing
- Create and change sales Orders and perform Back order processing
- Create Inquiry, Quotation, Scheduling Agreement, Contract, Item proposal, sales activity
- Review order file lists. Delivery status against pre-agreed targets per region
- Communication with sales department on orders' prioritization - stock allocation in case of out of stock
- Coordination of sales force and couriers in their daily work
- Monitor orders demand vs available stock and communicate with sales dept. to prioritize orders
- Adjust orders in communication with sales dept. so as to serve them in the best way
- Monitor the back orders
- Dispute management (assistance to customer in the resolution of disputes)
- Issuance of credit notes for rectification invoices due to sales, delivery and sales commission problems
- Returns/ Refusal Management
What you will bring
- Graduate degree
- 1-3 years' experience in Logistics & Customer Service is an advantage
- Fluency in French is a must
- Solid English language knowledge
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Positive ‘can do' attitude
- Good team player
- Good knowledge of customers
- Strong MS Office knowledge
