Role Responsibilities
The Assistant Brand Manager Consumer Planning & Performance's task shall cut across total Business brands to deliver on the below:
- Support the development of Brands and Portfolio strategies by calling out opportunities and drivers of growth across key sectors
- Own and coordinate the Annual Business Planning and approval process.
- Guide and support in Budget allocation in line with approved Brand plans & Global spend guidelines, as well as spend tracking to ensure optimal returns on investment.
- Tracking of brand performance across Consumer & Retail landscape and timely reporting on all key performance matrices to key stakeholders and call out opportunities and actions required to meet Full year set targets.
- Synthesizes data and understanding from multiple sources -quantitative and qualitative and joins the dots in a meaningful, actionable way
- Ensure that consumer knowledge is clearly reported and interpreted within the framework of brand related issues
- Lead regular brand activity reviews, keeping the brand teams advised and updated
- Custodian and champion of Marketing capability building (DWBB Connections Planning Process)
- Own end to end Marketing Controls and Processes to ensure Zero Breaches and full compliance to DMC, DDMC, GAR and CARM requirements.
- Ensures takeaways from measurement & evaluation are applied to increase productivity of our A&P spend
- Lead and drive all business ad-hoc research needs, both internally and externally, and transforms outputs into simple actionable implications
Experience / skills required
2 years' experience in brand marketing or commercialization
Strong data analytical skills and proficient with reporting tools
Candidates should have had similar capabilities in other functions.
