This would include alignment across key business units (Top Customers, Marketing, Innovation, Central Media, Corporate Relations, Procurement, Legal, Customer Planning and Activation, Sales)
Requires an expert understanding of the structure and workings of the Media and Entertainment industry, including Music, Gaming, Film and Television production, relationships and key influences of core Entertainment properties and stakeholder groups (I.e. Studios, Talent Agencies, Producers, Writers)

About you:
The Commercial Reserve Manager is accountable for creating a new commercial Reserve business model in Peru exploding a full the market opportunity. Is responsible for translating the Reserve Brand and commercial strategy into solid Customer planning for top accounts in the market, identify key success metrics and relevant tracking system and give guidance to Field Sales, Key Accounts and Distributor Sales Teams on how to sell Reserve brands, providing the tools to drive brilliant execution of Sales Drivers in our main channels. Also, ensure the right S&OP for portfolio for priority brands and all channels physical and digital; evaluate, define and execute new ways of workings along with multifunctional teams in SLAC, LAC and externally. South LAC and LAC Reserve´s ambitions have a big focus on Perú due to high end entertainment trade and the potential of matching gastronomy boom (On trade, experiences, hospitality). This role will be responsible for developing this business directly leading TOP on trade TLA and Pacemaker, is owner of the commercial plan and investment and responsible to gain share and profitability on this channel.
About the role:
- + 8 years' experience in Marketing/Sales or Customer Marketing - ideally including exposure to a Field Sales and or Account Management environment. A track record in roles that require analytical thinking, data analysis and diagnosis, detailed planning.
- Ability to interact with different functions and understand Brand growth drivers and insights and translate brand initiatives into detailed customer planning
- Adequate commercial understanding of local trade environment and channel specifics
- A good understanding of all Diageo Way of Selling Capabilities, tools and systems and how these interact together to deliver brilliant execution in outlet.
- Good communicator who can influence and engage the various stakeholders
- Good commercial understanding, P&L literacy, strong numerical skills, a high level of computer literacy and previous experience of financial/data are important.
- A good coach and trainer of functional capability development.
What you'll bring:
- Lead S&OP process for Reserve business in the top accounts, ensuring all parties involved are making a correct forecast (measure by SFA) and ensure right TID in Diageo and Distributors.
- Lead investment of A&P and Trade Spend in the trade according to the plan delivered by Channel.
- Lead Reserve Market Launches in Perú, and define the strategy with the leader channels.
- Co-create with the CMO team the correct promotional calendar to sales team, build and present the Building Blocks to commercial team for cycle activities, to innovation products develop the distribution and ROS plans.
- Create a new commercial Reserve business model in Peru exploding a full the market opportunity.
- Responsible for translating the Reserve Brand and commercial strategy into solid Customer planning.
- Coordinate the correct investment of A&P and Trade Spend in the trade according to the plan delivered by Channel.
- Focus to growth Market Share in SDLX category.
