About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding Commercial Finance to play a pivotal role in enhancing financial efficiency and effectiveness within the Commercial Finance team. By providing accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and analyses, the analyst will contribute to informed decision-making across the business, ultimately supporting growth and profitability goals in Thailand.
Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Conduct comprehensive financial and brand performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide support in business forecast and budget planning processes, offering insights to optimize resource allocation and drive strategic decision-making.
- Act as a financial business partner for all stakeholders, providing advisory support on financial matters.
- Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes to track the effectiveness of financial strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
- Strictly monitor all stakeholders including users and clients regarding work instructions (WI)/work process/finance & accounting compliance.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a commercial finance or accounting role, preferably within FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modelling tools (e.g., Excel).
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Understanding of Thai accounting principles and regulations.
- Fluency in English and Thai languages.
