About the role

Join our team as a Capability Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. Working collaboratively within a dynamic capability team, your responsibilities will include planning and executing training initiatives, identifying and addressing any training gaps through our tier process, and meticulously tracking individual training records for each role within our various sites and functions to ensure compliance and bolster overall capability.

Role Responsibilities
  • Operating relevant systems, maintaining communication with sites, and ensuring that training compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure all training is planned and executed as per the agreed KPI's, and ensure any gaps are being tracked and escalated via the tier process
  • Track individual training records per role within each site/function to ensure compliance and supporting capability.
  • To identify what training gaps are within each role. Plan the relevant training and ensure completion.
  • Operate relevant systems and liaise with sites to ensure training compliance and functional training is being completed and to a satisfactory standard.


About You
  • You'll be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, demonstrating an ability to identify and implement improvements that enhance our operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as this role involves effective communication with individuals at all levels across our various sites.
  • The successful candidate will excel in organization, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing both their own workload and that of their team members
  • Attention to detail is paramount in this position, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is essential.
  • it is desirable for candidates to have demonstrable experience working within a FMCG environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies would be a significant asset.
