Purpose of Role

Grow the brand equity in Taiwan through the creation of brand strategy and brand plans based on consumer, customer and shopper insights, and to drive Recruitment/Re-recruitment - both from a customer and consumer perspective that making our brands the most talked about across the market as well as resulting in success at the point of purchase.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and lead ATL & BTL marketing strategies of White Spirit & Portfolio Malts that align with the brand's annual goals, including sales volume, market share, and profitability.
  • Utilize data mining and analysis to identify consumer behavior patterns and campaign performance, informing the optimization of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the brand's marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are executed cost-effectively while meeting financial targets.
  • Design and implement consumer recruitment programs to drive brand growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of BTL efforts with ATL marketing to create a unified brand message and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine the media mix and content strategy to enhance the reach and engagement of campaigns.
  • Work closely with trade marketing and sales teams to develop sales tools and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Build and manage relationships with marketing agencies to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the brand's image and reputation.
  • Conduct thorough measurement and evaluation of marketing activations to track success and inform future strategy development.


Qualifications and Experience Required
  • 4+ years' experience in Marketing in FMCG/Cars/Watch/Luxury products company; a history of working across media, digital, experiential, PR, culture, VIP management is more than welcomed
  • Be fluent in English and Mandarin speaking and writing is a requirement
  • Experience in strategic penetration to consumer & shopper insight, category trend and competition to develop marketing strategy and execution plan that unlocks growth opportunities
  • Excel in various source of data analysis to get solid knowledge of consumers' social behaviour and insight which could adapt and optimized the performance.
  • Holistic abilities and experience at leading credible global brand with large scale of A&P investment on multiple consumers facing media and through- the- line activities as well as a track record of delivering ground-breaking business results
  • Successful management of senior partners, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.
  • Experience at working with global collaborators to get alignment and collaborate for strategy development and execution plans
  • Proven brilliant execution to high standards across various pillars of brand building.
  • Strong commercial and numerical savvy with attention to detail
