About the role

As Baileys embarks on its digital transformation journey, we are seeking a Digital Lead to drive digital initiatives across our operations. Based in Dublin, with travel required to our Baileys site in Belfast, this role will be instrumental in maintaining and developing key data systems such as Harford and Zaptic while leading the deployment of new digital solutions.

As a digital transformation leader, you will turn data into actionable insights, ensuring stakeholders across all levels-from operators to senior leadership-are engaged and empowered to leverage digital tools effectively.

Your ability to translate complex data into meaningful strategies will help craft Baileys' digital roadmap, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

About you

We are looking for a strategic thinker and data-driven problem solver who thrives in a technology-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a good foundation in data management you to extract key insights that drive decision-making.

Your ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels will be crucial in embedding a digital-first mindset across the business. Experience with digital lean methodologies would be beneficial.

You will champion digital literacy, mentor teams through technological transitions, and play a key role in crafting and implementing Baileys' digital strategy.
