Role Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR): Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. Implement HR policies, systems, and procedures to align with organizational goals. Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation and retention. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including payroll coordination, leave management, and career development. Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce optimization.

Industrial Relations (IR): Ensure smooth functioning of industrial relations by maintaining positive relationships with unions and addressing grievances effectively. Act as the key point of contact for negotiations, settlements, and conflict resolution with unions and labor representatives. Handle compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and others. Manage disciplinary proceedings, investigations, and employee grievances in line with legal guidelines. Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities for inspections and compliance matters.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize skill development programs for employees at all levels. Promote a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Analyze HR data to generate insights and drive decision-making. Prepare and submit periodic reports on HR metrics and IR activities to the leadership team.
Experience / skills required:
MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW (Master of Social Work), or equivalent qualification.
5-8 years in HR & IR roles, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in HRMS and MS Office tools.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
