Assistant Manager - Regulatory Affairs

Masters in Food Technology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Chemistry

Minimum 7-8 Years of overall experience, in food & beverage industry, of which at least 1-3 years of regulatory experience.

Technical expertise: 1. Good understanding of various food regulations of FSSAI & Legal Metrology.

2. Knowledge of food additives, ingredients and their applications is a must.

3. Knowledge of Analytical & microbiological parameters and their limits.

4. Knowledge of licensing regulations and factory acts.

• Internal Focus: Understanding of alcobev regulations and interpretations.
• External focus: Be on the lookout for new rules/amendments that can be smoothly incorporated by the organization and be compliant.
