Role Responsibilities:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Assistant Manager, Aus Data & Analytics to join our team. This role will be responsible for collaborating with the business, using Power BI to create impactful and insightful sales reports, dashboards, and analyses that help guide strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have good experience in Sales reporting, a demonstrable understanding of sales processes, and the ability to communicate sophisticated data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, KPIs, trends, and forecasts.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc sales reports, including Sales performance, Execution tracking and performance, NPD performance, Incentive and other critical sales metrics.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from different sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, financial systems) into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for reliable reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business functions to understand reporting needs and deliver customized reporting solutions that align with business goals.
  • Business Insights: Use analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the sales data, and present findings that support strategic decision-making.
  • Optimization & Automation: Proactively see opportunities to optimize reporting processes, automate data workflows, and improve the efficiency of data collection and reporting.
  • Presentation of Findings: Translate sophisticated data into clear, actionable insights, and present findings to senior leadership and other collaborators in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Training & Support: Deliver training and support to internal users on how to use Power BI dashboards and reports optimally, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.


Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Demonstrated ability -5+ years in Sales Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis, with a solid focus on Power BI.
  • Sales Knowledge: Solid understanding of Sales metrics, KPIs, sales performance tracking, and the ability to translate business goals into actionable reporting.
  • Power BI Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Power BI, including report generation, data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and the development of interactive dashboards.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights that support business decisions.
  • Communication: Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical data and findings to non-technical collaborators optimally.
  • Eye For Business: Proven understanding of sales processes and the broader business context to ensure that reports are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with multi-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, to meet reporting and business intelligence needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Diligent and methodical in solving issues related to data integrity, report accuracy, and system functionality.
  • Tools: Good experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP systems is highly beneficial.
  • Educational Background: Graduate or equivalent or Post graduate in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Additional Technical Skills: Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts is advantageous.
  • Work timing: Australian timings- morning shift 630AM to 330PM timings
