We are looking for a Passionate Assistant Brand manager who is ready to accelerate their career!
In Diageo Ireland we operate with an Outcome Based Marketing model where roles within talent pools and are assigned to projects to deliver strategic outcomes aligned to our share and margin aspirations.
As such this role will work on multiple projects across our beer and spirits portfolio giving the applicant access to a breadth of experience and collaborators.
Assistant Brand Managers will be responsible for supporting the delivery of brilliantly implemented plans
About you
- 1-3 years of relevant brand marketing experience
- Existing capability to build genuine relationships built on mutual trust & respect
- Passionate about Brands and Marketing
- Demonstrated brilliant execution, with an achievement of high standards
- Deep personal accountability for great performance
What does a day in the life look like?
Leading:
- Projects which require brilliant adaptation and execution of existing proven Irish & Global growth drivers
Supporting:
- The Brand Expert and Subject Matter Expert teams on Winning in Execution projects by delivering brilliant execution of plans, engaging and orchestrating cross functional and cross-agency teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and on-budget
Ensuring all projects meet the Diageo Ireland expectations:
- Our projects deliver business outcomes in terms of brand equity, recruitment, share gains or margin enhancement.
- Making our brands the most talked about and resonant in culture
- Local relevance. Ensuring Irish consumers are at the centre of all of our plans, challenging and adapting global drivers to deliver.
- Creative Flair. We create work that stops consumers and is recognised globally
- No project is over until we have learned from it and shared the findings
- Leads cross-agency teams to deliver brilliant execution that consistently beats the competition and wins share
