About the Role:

• The position is charged with the hands-on execution of innovation deliverables, from development through to

implementation. This role is passionate about the practical realization of projects, ensuring innovations are not only conceived but also effectively brought to fruition and coordinated into operational practices:

• Implement and deliver innovation projects.

• Direct hands-on development and implementation.

• Transition successful innovations into operational use.

• Tasked with identifying and harnessing new technologies, is responsible also for pilots and test innovations to ensure they deliver tangible benefits. Critical role for translating technological potential into practical, value-

adding tools for agricultural advancement:

• Scout and integrate emerging agricultural technologies.

• Pilot and test technological solutions in real-world settings.

• Keep abreast of tech trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Ensures the seamless implementation and integration of new technologies into existing agricultural practices. With a focus on practical application and adapting innovations to the outstanding demands and challenges of field operations, ensuring they are both effective and user-friendly:

• Implement field-level innovation applications.

• Liaise between tech teams and field operations for smooth adoption. • Customize and adjust innovations to fit field realities.

• Foster a collaborative innovation ecosystem, encouraging partnerships and networks that improve the organization's innovation capacity.

• Ensure that a wide range advises innovation efforts of insights and are adaptable to the needs of the broader agricultural community:

• Build strategic partnerships for innovation alignment.

• Facilitate the exchange of ideas and standard processes.

• Connect with the agricultural community for feedback and insights

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:

• At least 5 years of experience in R&D deployment efforts in the agriculture and/or biotech arena.

• Outstanding executive presentation and communication skills.

• Bachelors degree in agriculture, engineering, biotechnology, biology, agronomy, or related.

• Strategic thinking

• Leadership and communication skills.

• Demonstrated skills and experience in collaborating effectively within diverse, multi-tiered team environments.

• Proficient in seamlessly transitioning from strategic, big-picture analysis to hands-on involvement.

• Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and excellent teamwork skills.

• English speaking proficiency

• Availability to travel and visit our fields around Jalisco.

• Full time-based in Guadalajara
