The STP Service Delivery department is responsible to ensure that Source to Pay processes (including Purchase to Pay and Tactical Procurement) are working effectively & efficiently, are well controlled and drive value for Diageo, also ensuring control agenda (SOX compliance) across all areas as well.

About the role
This role will be part of the new Source to Pay Shared Services Team and report into the STP Service Delivery Europe Manager.
This role will be responsible for collaborating closely with Procurement to support key suppliers as being able to have a catalogue, maintaining the content of the catalogue, supplier and category data both in SAP and on Coupa systems and proactively support the invoice payment.
This role will work closely with suppliers and global and market Procurement teams.
This role will have links with Procurement Category Managers, suppliers and other Procurement and Supplier Relationship partners as well as the Service Delivery teams in GDBS.
The Senior Supplier Specialist would be expected to be responsible for:
- The timely management of incoming requests from the key suppliers within the agreed SLA's and KPI's
- Providing advice and support to the key suppliers about the end-to-end source to pay process.
- Ensure vendor data is accurate and up to date in both SAP and Coupa systems all the time.
- Key supplier's contract lifecycle management
- Responsible for training and enabling key suppliers onto the Supplier Portal (CSP)
- Responsible for obtaining catalogue data content including creation of webforms and punch-out external websites in a timely manner
- Looking for opportunities for continuous system and process improvement
- Build active and positive relationship with their key suppliers
- Resolve and/or escalate key supplier issues
- Efficiently and effectively support key suppliers through the end to end source to pay process
- Ensure that all queries are resolved promptly through either personal intervention or liaison with GDBS and markets
- Provide support to the market to facilitate the accurate, efficient and timely set up and amendment of Vendor Master Data (including content of catalogue and webform)
- Support vendor rationalization initiatives
- Handle vendor account closure, amendment and company code extension
- Accountable for the engagement with new and existing key suppliers
- Own material master data maintenance
- Accountable for the technical enablement of hosted or punch-out catalogues, webforms and cXML e-invoicing for the key suppliers they are responsible for
- Monitor Purchase Order housekeeping and ensure key supplier's invoices are paid in time
What you will bring
- Fluent English and Polish language knowledge.
- Preferably a degree educated in a business or Procurement related field.
- Experience of supplier adoption/supplier engagement.
- Able to work proactively and optimally in cross functional and global teams at all levels in an organization.
- Strong customer service skills with a desire to help and resolve issues satisfactorily.
- Good analytical skills
