To lead the growth and development of Groceries & On Trade customers through our outstanding brand portfolio - mobilising internal teams and building an outstanding customer partnership to create a profitable and balanced business with brilliant execution across all areas: E-Commerce, Distribution, On Trade & POS.

Financial Accountability
Responsible for +£10m in GSV, +£8m in NSV and +100K 9LC in Vol
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Crafting the long-term strategy and outstanding JBPs in support of Diageo and our customer's ambition
- Extraordinary account management - ensuring responsible budget management in line with Trade Strategy, compliance with all CARM processes, appropriate levels of stock, optimal assortment, efficient distribution, timely cash collection and brilliant execution in the On Trade, POS and E-Commerce
- Analysis and development of insights that can be quickly turned into actions that strengthen our Marketing and Commercial activities
Key Leadership Responsibilities
- People management - 1 direct report (Key Account Executive)
- Leading cross-functional teams across all areas of Diageo (Finance, Supply, Marketing, Customer Marketing, etc.) in order to develop, implement and measure all JBP activities; as well as going after opportunities that grow the category and increase penetration in TBA
- Building a strategic customer partnership, effectively becoming a supplier of choice through a strong and coordinated customer value creation approach (pleDge)
