Business Context
Self Service Store channel are a priority for F25 and Soriana will play a strategic role for this growth through long-term sustainable business plans, innovation, development of new sales channels such as e- commerce, plans oriented to develop the category, expand our relevance and continue with our value creation strategy. This position is responsible to develop Soriana account and HEB.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Responsible for all subjects related to the customer, becoming an integrated.
- Leader of multi-functional teams with all areas in DIAGEO (finance, supply, marketing, category development) in order to develop, execute and measure all JBP activities and Convenience Strategy.

- Responsible of maintain Diageo's position as strategic supplier for Self Service Stores business.
- Efficient response to brands and customer's needs and tailor-made analysis to develop commercial plans to grow our Modern Trade business.
- Capable to inspire others to reach business objectives.
- Become a strategic partner and preferred supplier for Soriana and HEB.
Top Accountabilities:
- Responsible for Volume, budget management and commercial relationship results.
- Responsible for stocking and healthy inventories objectives.
- Responsible for looking opportunities to increase share in TBA
- Responsible for achieve physical availability in Soriana and HEB.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Experience working with key accounts (Modern Trade and/or Wholesale customers).
- Proven analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate proactivity, initiative, and determination.
- Financial understanding
- University or college graduate
