Overview
As a Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Solvas Lead developer, we are looking for a Vice President with deep experience of the Solvas vendor platform and guide the team on on-going development. You'll be an integral part of the Bank's technology infrastructure, guiding the Trust and Agency services CLO Technology team through enhancing and making the current platform more scalable. By engaging with the team to develop and enhance the CLO Solvas platform, you will enable to bring more development in-house that helps our people share their knowledge, expertise, and real passion for our CLO business. What You'll Do
- Lead the development of the Solvas platform to support the needs of the growing CLO and Structured Credit business globally
- Actively contribute to resolution of incidents and issues with the Solvas platform
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the Solvas vendor platform and influence the team on bringing more enhancements in-house
- Build out the existing team globally to better support BAU and continuous enhancements to the Solvas platform with new features and functionality
How You'll Lead
- Build close and constructive partnerships with other departments such as Analytics and Client Services
- Provide training and guidance to junior members
- Should have a clear sense of ownership and analytical skills
Skills You'll Need
- Extensive direct work experience with Chief Data OfficerSuite / Solvas
- Moderate experience with MS Structured Query Language database, .net, Microsoft skills
- Good knowledge of the CLO business especially from a Corporate Trust or Asset Manager perspective
- Prior experience managing or leading development teams including experience as part of a global team

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $203,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
