We are looking for a creative and energetic Events Marketing Manager to drive planning, coordination and execution of events that drive awareness and demand of our tech client's nonprofit industry solutions for maximized organizational and societal impact. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events and experiences that inspire, educate, and engage our customers.

Would you like to…

  • Own the end-to-end event planning, execution and reporting across Microsoft-owned events and third-party events, according to our business priorities and local market needs.
  • Manage event timelines, budget, and logistics, including building demand generation and participant communications.
  • Drive alignment of events with our segment marketing, global demand center and marketing operations teams.
  • Drive presenter readiness, event debriefs, and feedback across multiple stakeholders including segment, partner, and industry teams.
  • Incorporate inclusive marketing and accessibility principles, leading practices, and tools in the execution of events.

We would like you to have…

  • BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 3+ years of relevant marketing, event management, and/or related work experience.
  • A team player with strong project management skills that understands core marketing principles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience owning internal or external event strategy and event execution, including executing in-person event booth and online/virtual events.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive a connected marketing and sales funnel and working with demand generation marketing tools.  
  • A driven self-starter with demonstrated ability to think strategically, execute effectively and make data driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Passion for Microsoft's mission and technology solutions.
  • Experience working at a nonprofit/NGO is ideal but not required

Compensation Range: $95K - $110K

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
