The Sr. Marketing Data Analyst drives reporting, data analysis, and insights from a variety of sources including web, marketing platforms, and client data lakes. This person will not only report on the data but also influence how and what is reported. The Sr. Data Analyst drives data governance and quality control for all aspects of measurement and reporting.

The Sr. Data Analyst partners closely with the Development, Marketing, Design, and Account teams, using relationships to understand the needs of each client and project. This role partners with many different groups, stakeholders, and teams, which requires strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills.
What you will do:
- Work with internal and external teams to understand data sources and goals, including platforms, goals and KPIs for reporting.
- Gather and consolidate client data using a variety of platforms (Funnel, Meta, Google, AWS, etc.)
- Implement and maintain Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics tagging to ensure appropriate web metrics are captured to meet reporting needs.
- Create and provide oversight for dashboards and client reporting.
- Review and analyze data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and maintain systems, processes, and tools to enable efficient campaign execution and measurement.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to build processes and data governance to support analytics and personalization efforts.
- Provide thought leadership to clients and the organization regarding analytics, data visualization and data governance.
What will you bring:
- 5+ years working in an analytics role.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience with planning, conceptualizing or implementing omni-platform digital marketing campaigns, spanning web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, digital events, webinars and digital advertising.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with defining and reporting KPIs and using insights to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across all audience levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate effectively about barriers and risks.
- Analytics platform experience (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
- Data Visualization experience (Looker Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Tag Management experience (Google Tag Manager or Adobe Tag Manager)
- Marketing Automation platform experience (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
- Marketing platform experience (Meta, Google Ads, Sprinklr, Amazon Ads)
- Experience working with large data sets and relational databases (CDP, CRM, etc.)

Compensation Range: $105,000+
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
