Delta Dental is seeking two first-year law students (1Ls) to join our 2025 Summer Legal Internship Program, beginning June 2025. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with Delta Dental's in-house legal team.
Responsibilities:
- The internship will run for 10 weeks and offers a pay rate of $25.97/hour.
- Interns will gain exposure to a broad range of legal matters, including:
- Researching and analyzing state and federal statutory and regulatory issues
- Assisting with data privacy compliance
- Reviewing and revising contracts
- Supporting business transaction negotiations
- The program offers flexible work arrangements, including virtual participation.

Qualifications:
- Current first-year (1L) law students in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Preference will be given to mentees of current Delta Dental attorneys.
