The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

The work you'll do:

You will play a key role in advising clients on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive mission impact, innovation, and competitive advantage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will identifying branch-level training needs and related professional development requirements, performing outreach to key government and industry stakeholders to integrate capabilities and services, and maintaining working level relationships with applicable training providers and coordinators
  • You will research and analyze the training provider landscape and assess their ability to meet training requirements and will then propose courses and training providers and collaborate to maintain relationships
  • You will provide guidance in concert with the government personnel's competency-based career pathing plans that align with respective promotion criteria.
  • You will work with mid-level managers, talent professionals and training officers to identify alternate commercial training that will strengthen the depth and expertise of staff officers.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • TS/SCI w POLY clearance required
  • Demonstrated experience in HR Strategy , Human capital Transformation
  • Develop and Implement Talent Strategy
  • Strong attention to detail and strategic relationship management
  • Ability to grow and leverage a network across a large organization

Preferred

  • Experience Human-Centered Change
  • Experience supporting at the Executive level
