Work you'll do!
As a Workday Security Consultant, you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:
• Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and propose solutions.

• Design and Implement security configurations within the workday platform to control user access and protect customer data.
• Perform Hands-on Security configurations and maintenance in workday platform.
• Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement them as security configuration and controls within workday platform.
• Responsible for security impact analysis for ongoing AMS activities and Workday release upgrades.
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in helping to define a roadmap for Workday optimization.
• Serve as Subject Master Expert for other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your area(s) of expertise.
• Communication of Workday capabilities and limitations.
• Lead AMS engagements by providing services in your module of expertise, working seamlessly with our onshore and offshore teams.
• Guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management.
• Provide solutions on the fly and demonstrate the ability to think strategically.

Our Workday practice is the implementation partner of choice for Workday's largest clients. We have over one thousand Workday certified professionals working on the most comprehensive and complex projects in North America, and we are looking for high energy, committed and ambitious people to join our Workday community.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
Required:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any pertinent field or industry is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in Workday HCM Security configuration/integrations or worked/working with end client managing Workday HCM system.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably with Workday Partners or Clients using Workday as HCM system
• Minimum of 4 years of experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in participating in Workday security design workshops
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administering user access reviews and supporting periodic updates for Workday
• Minimum of 2 years of producing high level design document highlighting all the use cases, high level architecture and required configuration.
• Minimum of 2 years of security administration and/or internal controls experience
• Workday Certifications
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Minimum of 4 years Consulting experience or managing client Workday HCM system
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) or willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
