Work you will do
As a Workday Benefits Consultant you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following:
- Gathering business requirements.
- Serve as an advisor to other Workday post-production engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise.
- Build consensus around business processes and design.
- Communication of Workday Benefits capabilities and limitations
- Configuration of Workday HCM and Benefits.
- Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
- Writes technical specifications.
- Supports clients through testing and validation.

Our Workday practice is the implementation partner of choice for Workday's largest clients. We have over one thousand Workday certified professionals working on the most comprehensive and complex projects in North America, and we are looking for high energy, committed and ambitious people to join our Workday community.
Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.
Requirements:
- Workday Core HCM certification
- Workday Benefits certification or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any pertinent field or industry is required.
- 3+ years' experience configuring and supporting Workday Benefits.
- 6+ years' of consulting and/or industry experience.
- Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks. Identifies key drivers of a defined problem and proposes solutions.
- Experience in Workday HCM and Benefits.
- Superior Communication Skills, both written and oral
- Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Must live in a commutable distance(approximately 100-mile radius) to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
- Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available
- Maintain composure when facing challenges.
- Have a positive work attitude that energizes others.
- Learn while observing and can quickly apply new knowledge and skills.
- Have strong people skills.
- Use experience and proven methodologies to develop solutions.
