Work You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their financial planning and analysis needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into system configurations and processes.
  • Provide expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning functionalities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and support to ensure successful adoption of the solution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Stay current with Workday Adaptive Planning updates and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice helps implement cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as Workday Financials and Infor. Teams support finance and supply-chain transformations where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, including system configuration, data integration, and process optimization.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Workday Adaptive Planning certification.
  • Experience with other financial planning and analysis tools.
